The Swirl Faucet | Saving water has never been so elegant.

Eco-friendly faucet reduces water consumption through elegant cross-hatched patterns.
London Royal College of Art student Simin Qiu designed this faucet that use up to 15 percent less water than traditional faucets.

Brilliant designed Faucet reduces water consumption gentle and swirly.

There are countless clever and beautiful fixtures around, but this one is truly outstanding as it focuses on the core of the tap, the the flow of the water. London-based student Simin Qiu developed this eco-friendly faucet that swirls your water into mesmerizing geometric patterns as soon as you turn on the tap. A system of tiny turbines  inside the faucet creates different types swirly flows. You can choose between a helix-like flow, a spaghetti noodle swirl, or an  luxurious lattice-work column of water.

The amazing design that makes the flowing water apear like a delicate crystal glassware, is not perfunctorily design for design´s sake, but rather a bedazzling beautiful way to save up to 15 percent water compared to traditional faucets.

Hopefully this groundbreaking concept will find its way into production.
